Jon and I have been together for a little over two years, and we have a one year old daughter named Lucy! She is affectionately referred to as "Goose" the majority of the time.
Lucy has blessed us in more ways than we could have ever imagined. It's crazy to see her grow and develop into this wonderful, independent, hysterically funny little girl. Every day brings a new challenge and a new adventure with her.
I am blessed to be a stay at home mom. Although some days are more challenging than others, I would not trade this job for anything. I am not just a stay at home mom though. I'm a blogger, a crafter, a semi-good cook, a photographer, and a wannabe perfect wife.
Jon is a pilot at Sterling Aviation. He's gone quite a bit, but thankfully tools like Skype keep us sane. It's amazing to see Lucy's reaction when the Skype call rings on the computer. She will drop whatever she's doing and make her way to the laptop. We miss him terribly when he's away, but the homecomings are always very sweet. I love watching Lucy's face light up!
